1、鲍鱼一定要鲜活,购买时用手触摸软件吸手; 2、清洗一定要刷洗干净周围皱褶的黑色;内赃一定要摘除,鲍鱼壳一定要洗净; 3、鲍鱼一定要切十字刀花易入味; 4、上锅蒸的时间不宜过长; 5、最为关键的就是撒葱花炸油,这道环节把鲍鱼蒜蓉葱花的香味四溅,嗯是不摆了!这道菜貌似人人会做,和我的相比较,亲~赶脚神马味道!
