7热锅凉油,分别炒制:A.鸡蛋炒成型,打散 B.炒火腿肠时,稍焦倒入少许酱油,孜然粉和辣椒粉
8热锅凉油,微冒烟后放入洋葱爆香后,将青红椒圈倒入一起炒制,大火爆炒2分钟,倒入A和B,搅拌均匀后倒入面条翻炒,随后分别加入酱油、花椒粉、十三香和蘑菇精炒均匀后,撒入葱花,起锅享用
