步骤
1准备好鸡蛋、西红柿、肉末

2肉末里面放食盐、米酒、水淀粉、大蒜末

3把肉末和肉末里面所有的材料搅拌均匀

4把调好味道的肉丸搓成丸子,上锅蒸20分钟

5鸡蛋打散,加入食盐

6平地锅放入少许的油,烧热后,把打散的鸡蛋倒入,做成蛋饼

7把摊好的鸡蛋皮切成条(我切的太粗了,其实应该是越细越好)

8西红柿洗干净,去蒂,切成片摆在盘中备用
