原料
面粉: 200g, 开水: 100g, 鸡蛋: 1个, 小葱: 1把, 椒盐: 适量, 太阳花油: 适量
步骤
1200g面粉缓缓加入开水,打1个生鸡蛋,揉匀,分成30~40g的面团若干,涂点油,醒发半个小时;把小葱洗净,切小段,加入适量椒盐,用烧热的20g太阳花油倒入拌匀;

2把醒发好的面团擀成薄片;

4从下往上卷起;

5再从右到左盘起来;

6放置15分钟;

7轻轻擀成圆饼状。其他面团依此法重复制作;

8烧热平底锅,倒入一点点油,将面饼放入锅内;
