步骤
1细砂糖准备蛋黄5g 蛋液8g,小宝贝糖少一点,主要是更好的打泡!

2工具准备,最好用自动打蛋机,硅胶裱花袋很好用!黑芝麻磨碎会更香也易消化!蛋黄蛋液分离!

3细砂糖5g加入蛋黄

6开始打泡!蛋液出现鱼泡状,加入细砂糖8g!继续打泡!

7打到打蛋器提起, 尖头挺立即可!

8倒入准备好的蛋黄液,快速轻柔用刮刀上下翻动!切勿顺时针搅拌!上下切入翻动!翻动!翻动!尽量用刮刀!比较好拌!

9充分调和在一起比较粘稠!

17烤盘30cm大小,一个烤盘25-20个,本次烤了4锅,爸爸烤了一锅!我家美的牌烤箱,没有时间设定,默认温度应该是150,烤箱预热5分后,再烤5-7分钟即可!
