原料
薏米: 50g, 红豆: 50g, 黑豆: 50g, 大米: 100g, 紫米: 50g, 牛奶: 300ml, 清水: 适量, 鲜奶油: 100ml, 细砂糖: 100g, 水果: 适量, 薄荷叶: 适量
步骤
1薏米、红豆、黑豆各50g洗净,浸泡8小时,捞出倒入电饭煲中

2再放入洗净的大米100g,紫米50g,加入清水,放入电饭煲煮饭键煮约40分钟

3料理机中放入熟五谷米150g、牛奶30ml,搅打成泥

4鲜奶油100ml倒入碗中,搅打至7分发

5五谷米泥倒入锅中,加入牛奶270ml、细砂糖100g,小火搅拌均匀,关火放凉

6再加入打发好的奶油,搅拌均匀
