小技巧
1:烤饼干的时候饼干坯之间留出一定的距离,防止烤的过程中饼干体积蓬松连在一起 2:饼干坯特别粘手不好擀的时候把面皮擀好后放在冰箱里冷藏半小时后再切膜 3:根据自己的烤箱温度调,表面金黄色就好了
