1面粉加开水和成光滑面团醒30分钟,醒好分成6块

2醒面的时候把大虾剥壳加适量盐、葱姜蒜粉、白胡椒粉、料酒腌制一会。猪肉末加生抽、老抽、糖、麻油、料酒、姜葱末搅拌上劲,最后加入切碎的韭菜拌匀
