小技巧
滤西红柿汁时尽最大限度的滤出,使西红柿块汁能少些。冻馅时如果是速冻的话半个小时搅动一次馅,防止馅冻成坨不好包。馅取出后在室温下会慢慢化开,最好是把饺子皮都擀好,馅取出后快速包完。
