往西红柿汤汁里加面时要一点点的加,防止面团过硬或过软,面最好和的稍软些 饺子皮一定要擀的薄些,小宝宝吃的饺子皮一定要薄要软。1岁前宝宝不可食盐,所以饺子里不要放盐。
