步骤
1用调料壶里加满水,在白面里加一点盐,一点一点的加水,用筷子先搅成絮状,再揉到一起

2一直揉到表面光滑,最后静置醒半小时

3韭菜洗净切成末,木耳泡发洗净剁碎

4肉馅加入鸡蛋、盐、生抽、切好的葱末、姜末、料酒、香油,加入晾凉的花椒水(花椒水是用小半碗热水将大约10粒花椒泡5分钟,出花椒香味,捞出花椒,用花椒水拌馅儿)、按一个方向先慢后快的拌匀,花椒水可以分两次加入

5肉馅儿搅拌好后,加入韭菜、木耳、鲜贝

6稍稍搅拌均匀即可,不用使劲拌,要不韭菜就该烂了不香了

14包好的饺子码放在蒸锅上

15放入锅中,将水倒入锅中,水量一定要到蒸笼底部标注的警戒线,千万不能太少
