只要花一点点小心思,萝卜也可以做成精致的宴客菜。这道鲜虾萝卜酿就是如此,洁白如玉的萝卜配上红红的鲜虾,真是好看极了,当然营养也是极佳的。家里来客人的时候,端上这样一道菜,一定会倍受欢迎。
原料
猪肉(肥瘦相间), 基围虾, 白萝卜, 料酒, 盐, 生抽, 香油, 糖, 胡椒粉, 姜, 葱
步骤
1材料:猪肉(肥瘦相间),基围虾,白萝卜(尽量选直的,容易操作)

2虾去壳去虾线,洗净沥干后剁成泥

3留少部分虾尾装饰用,洗净沥干后用少许料酒和盐抓匀腌一下

4猪肉剁成泥

5肉末,虾泥加料酒,生抽,香油,盐,糖,胡椒粉,姜葱末

6拌匀(味道不要调的太淡,后面萝卜还要吸收一些咸度)

7萝卜去皮切成大小均匀的段,再用挖球器或勺子把中间挖空。(不挖破的情况下,尽量挖空挖深些,这样萝卜容易入味)

8挖空的萝卜内先填满肉泥,再放上虾尾,入冷水锅蒸七八分钟左右

9蒸好后萝卜会出水,用蒸出来的汤汁勾芡后淋在菜上即可
