原料
黃豆: 3000克, 黃豆醬: 5000克, 鹽(混合醬用): 250克, 鹽(封口用): 1000克, 紗布: 一塊
步驟
1將黃豆洗凈,用水泡一晚。

2用高壓鍋煮黃豆,煮至熟透。

3用料理機打碎,稍微放點水,不然會粘在一起打不動,但是也不能放太多,不然會很稀。

4將黃豆大醬擠進大盆

6放入腌漬鹽

7和好後,放置一段時間

8裝罐,整理好罐口

9最上面墊一層紗布,上面放兩公分厚腌漬鹽,壓緊。一定要密不透風!透風,醬就變黑了!
