糯米粉: 100g, 黃豆粉: 適量, 紅豆沙: 適量
步驟
1糯米粉+水捏成麵糰

2水要一點一點加(70g左右),糯米粉麵糰要捏得稍微干一點,蒸好才會很Q

3把捏好的麵糰輕輕壓平,隔水蒸15-20分鐘

4等下要用到擀麵杖,但家裡沒有啊! 可是不就是根棍子麼!似乎用保鮮膜也可以!

5然後砧板上先鋪一層保鮮膜,再鋪上黃豆粉

6把蒸好的麵糰放到黃豆粉上,再撒一些黃豆粉,準備用保鮮膜版的擀麵杖擀麵團!
