小技巧
1,一定要選用新鮮的蝦、蛤蜊 2,剪開蝦背的時候注意不要將蝦剪成兩半,否則擺盤不好看 3,烤蝦的時候用錫箔紙將蛤蜊蓋住,最後3-5分鐘再將錫箔紙去掉,這樣蛤蜊不會烤太老 4,最後可根據自己的口味再加料,可一盤幾吃 5,烤蝦的時間根據蝦大小來調整,不要烤的太老
