步驟
1將阿根廷紅蝦洗凈去蝦線

2將洗凈的蝦切塊

3三分之二的蝦放入攪拌機攪碎至蝦茸,三分之一的蝦再剁碎成小塊

4雞蛋用攪拌器打散

5將兩種蝦混合在一起,放入打碎的雞蛋中進行順時針攪拌

6制蔥姜水

7將蔥姜水倒入已攪拌均勻的蝦餡中,並放入適量的鹽、胡椒粉、澱粉,可以加入適量麵粉,再次進行順時針攪拌至均勻

8將饅頭或麵包搓碎至渣狀

9將蝦餡揉成圓形後按扁撒饅頭渣

10放油鍋中炸,為了吃得健康些我用的是小秤這樣油會少一些,小火炸至金黃色即可出鍋

火不要太大,面不要太厚否則裡邊不好熟外邊已糊
