原料
底筋麵粉: 125g, 白糖: 20g, 鹽: 1g, 玉米澱粉: 3g, 雞蛋: 2個, 黃油: 30g, 牛奶: 250g, 淡奶油: 250g, 白糖加入奶油: 20g, 食用顏料: 適量
步驟
1黃油在熱水裡軟化,放涼!底筋麵粉,糖,鹽,玉米澱粉,雞蛋,黃油,全部按順序放入,攪拌均勻,分三次加入牛奶!攪拌均勻!

2過篩,分六等份!
