1雞胸肉切絲,蔥姜切片,干辣椒切段, 芹菜切段,芹菜我這次用的是那種小芹菜,這種芹菜吃起來很嫩,不像那種大芹菜吃起來有絲

2雞柳加鹽和少許白鬍椒粉腌制5分鐘

3鍋里放油(基本炒菜最好是熱鍋涼油),放入腌制好的雞柳

4炒至雞柳顏色變白,然後盛出來備用

5凈鍋,再放少許油,放入干辣椒,蔥薑片,炒香
