原料
牛筋: 600克, 姜: 6片, 八角: 6個, 料酒: 2大勺, 生抽: 2大勺, 冰糖: 30克, 大蒜: 1根, 胡蘿蔔: 2根, 海鮮醬: 2大勺, 水: 1000毫升
步驟
1牛筋洗乾淨後切塊,最好買的時候叫師傅切,自己切很費力

2先煮一鍋水把血水洗掉,水開了即可

3鍋底下點油加上冰糖,大火轉慢火把冰糖融化成焦糖色

4把備好的八角 大蒜 薑片入鍋炒出香味即可

5牛筋放入鍋里翻炒,加入海鮮醬炒到上色即可

6加入生抽 料酒和水蓋上鍋蓋,大火燒開再慢慢轉小火40分鐘

7另外備一支不粘鍋把切好的胡蘿蔔翻炒下,
