原料
甜玉米粒: 35克, 低筋麵粉: 100克, 蜂蜜: 適量, 玉米粉: 50克, 泡打粉: 5克, 糖: 30克, 雞蛋: 1/2個, 水: 150毫升
步驟
1將麵糊材料中的甜玉米粒倒入果汁機中,再加入水150毫升攪拌成玉米漿備用

2低筋麵粉、玉米粉、泡打粉倒入網篩過篩於碗中

3將玉米漿倒入作法2的碗中攪拌均勻

4將雞蛋打散成蛋液,取1/2倒入作法2的碗中攪拌勻

5將糖加入作法2的麵糊中,再次攪拌均勻成糊狀靜置30分鐘
