原料
甜玉米: 1-1.5根, 胡蘿蔔: 1-1.5根, 脊骨或腔骨: 4-5塊(400克左右), 薑片: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 大棗: 2-3顆, 枸杞: 15-20粒
