土豆: 1個, 玉米澱粉: 土豆的1/3, 麵粉: 適量, 鹽: 適量

1土豆切丁,上蒸鍋

4加入玉米澱粉,用量大概是土豆的三分之一,加入適量鹽,用手揉成麵糰

5揉好後醒十分鐘以上

6把麵條搓成丸子,撒上麵粉,使丸子外部均勻裹上麵粉

7預熱電餅鐺,加入油,將丸子放入

8用勺把丸子輕壓,變成小餅狀,大概0.8cm厚,不能太薄,壓平就好

9煎好一面後,翻面再煎,煎到金黃即可,因為土豆本來就是熟的
