2酵母放進溫水攪拌均勻,靜置一會

8倒入模具,七分滿就可以了

9蒸鍋上燒上熱水至水溫稍微有點燙手關火將麵糊放入發酵50分鐘左右,直至八九分滿就可,之後冷水上鍋大火燒開,中火蒸20左右即可

棗泥我是棗子用水煮熟之後料理機攪碎,然後過篩的,這樣的棗泥比較膩,因為模具我沒有抹油所以脫模不夠平整,沒有什麼賣相
