1豬肉剁成肉餡

2加入:韭菜、鹽、生粉、料酒,拌勻

3油麥菜葉子兩片,稍微往尾部十字交叉擺開,放上餡

4先折起底部那片葉子,包起來

6熱油爆香蒜頭

7把包好的菜包放進鍋

8加調料(清水半碗+醬油+鹽+雞精,調製而成)。我這次是直接用腌制臘肉後的料汁,材料更多更香呢!
