原料
米飯: 適量(下面醬料的量以米飯每100g為準), ☆搗碎的核桃(或者花生): 適量, ☆赤味噌: 4大匙, ☆芝麻粉: 1大匙, ☆味霖: 1大匙, ☆清酒(或料酒): 1大匙, ☆砂糖: 1小匙
步驟
1把剛煮好的米飯立刻用保鮮膜包起來,揉成球型,怕燙的最好帶個五指矽膠手套

2把1敲碾平

3搗過的米飯再次揉圓

4繼續敲敲碾碾,重複幾次,到把米飯一半以上都搗成團為止

5找幾把沒掰開過的一次性筷子,或者把兩根自家木筷並在一起,插進飯糰,把米飯捏成這樣平扁的長方形

6把5放進平底鍋里,不放油,開火煎

7煎到一面變成焦色就翻過來煎另一面,也煎上色

8把☆全部調好在一起,然後塗到煎好的餅上
