1蕎麥冷麵一包,雞脯肉一塊,大蒜切末、花椒少許、紅辣椒粉適量,干尖椒煎好備用

2將乾冷面在涼水中泡一個小時

7炒鍋燒熱,然後倒適量的油,熱鍋涼油將雞絲扒熟
