雞全腿: 2隻, 鹽: 適量, 蚝油: 適量, 玉米澱粉: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 雞精: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 蔥珠: 適量, 小菜: 適量(可不用)
步驟
1市場買的雞腿,剔骨切細,處理好回來先洗乾淨

2加入蚝油,鹽,醬油,澱粉,雞精,料酒,腌制至少二十分鐘

3電飯鍋煮飯,跟平時一樣就好,

5鍋熱油(適量油)

6雞腿進去炒啊炒,(俺喜歡吃肉丸,切了幾片下去一起炒)

7飯熟了,雞腿肉也炒好了之後,把雞腿肉均勻的鋪在飯上面,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續保溫

8半個小時以後打開,撒上蔥珠,(用飯勺攪拌均勻,反正我是沒有哈哈)
