7炒鍋放玉米油,油溫達到70度左右的時候,放入魚,如果不知道油溫,可以用筷子放下去,周邊有很多小泡泡就表示油溫可以了。

13倒入提前準備好的澱粉水,大火煮開,馬上收小火,記得要一直攪拌哦!
