原料
茄子: 5個, 土豆: 3個, 青椒: 2個, 大蒜: 姜, 蔥: 味精, 澱粉: 醬油, 十三香: 耗油
步驟
1土豆切厚片(不然炸完內里就不軟了),下鍋大火炸硬挺撈出,待油溫升高復炸,炸好的土豆片會鼓起泡泡,基本上所有的土豆片就都熟了

2油溫升高後下茄子炸

3炸到外表金黃內里柔軟,這樣就可以了

4撈出控油

5再把青椒炸個8到10秒撈出來

6在炸食材的空擋,切好蒜,蔥,姜碎。放入容器,加味精,澱粉,鹽,十三香,醬油,耗油後放,加適量水調均

7這步就簡單了,鍋里炸土豆茄子的油都倒出去,開火到入調好的芡汁

小技巧
可以用青椒(東北叫大辣椒),也可以用辣椒(長的辣椒),個人還是覺得大辣椒好吃,但是這次沒有,所以放的辣椒
