內酯豆腐: 1盒, 西紅柿: 3個, 平菇: 適量, 酸菜: 30克, 生菜: 適量, 姜蒜: 少許, 醬油: 少許, 米醋: 少許, 鹽: 少許
步驟
1備齊原料~頂上那一抹綠是生菜~原料可適個人喜好增減嗯~西紅柿切塊,姜蒜切末(蒜要多一點呦),酸菜切條,蘑菇撕成奔放的樣子~生菜洗凈

2鍋中下油,倒入薑末蒜末爆香,加入西紅柿,淋少許生抽翻炒至出汁~我用的是李錦記的薄鹽生抽麼麼噠

3倒入平菇翻炒,加水至沒過食材,大火煮開後蓋蓋轉中火

43min後放入酸菜攪勻蓋蓋煮,這時可以去拆豆腐的包裝啦,我之所以選內酯豆腐是覺得內酯豆腐的質地跟豆花比較相近嗯~

5把豆腐沖洗一下整塊倒入鍋中(不用切!這玩意兒一碰就碎)用鏟子切幾大塊
