山藥: 5009, 臘肉: 300g, 干辣椒段: 自己喜好, 青椒: 適量, 紅椒: 適量, 蒜苗: 一條, 花生油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 雞精: 適量
步驟
1山藥斜刀切片!(可以用清水泡一會,免得變黑了)

2準備好調味料!

3臘肉先蒸熟備用!

4熱鍋里放入花生油倒入干辣椒,青紅椒和蒜苗煸炒出香味!

5倒入山藥一起翻炒!(可以放小勺熱水燜兩分鐘)炒到山藥八分熟!

6倒入臘肉一起翻炒,放入適量的生抽和鹽(鹽最好是用少量的熱水融化了倒入鍋中)繼續翻炒到山藥完全熟了,放入雞精調味即可!(生抽不能放多,不然就體現不出山藥的潔白之美)!
