原料
南瓜: 300克, 糯米粉: 200克, 糖: 50-60克, 奶粉: 50克-80克, 玉米澱粉: 60克, 紫薯: 100克
步驟
1將南瓜、紫薯洗乾淨,去皮,切成塊放入蒸鍋中蒸熟
2將蒸熟的南瓜和紫薯搗成泥,根據自己口味可在裡面加入白糖

3將搗好的南瓜泥瀝水,瀝完水後,把糯米粉,玉米澱粉,牛奶,白糖放入和成麵糰,留出20克左右的糯米粉,以備一會團團沾手
