2①把雞蛋打散,多味海螺面煮5分鐘悶2分鐘,西藍花胡蘿蔔煮熟,切成丁,把芝士切碎備用

3③倒入一半的蛋液上面放上西藍花胡蘿蔔丁,放上芝士碎,剩下的一半蛋液也倒入

6⑤用保鮮膜包起來,用牙籤扎四周,放入鍋中,蒸25分鐘,悶2分鐘即可
