6將炒鍋中材料連湯帶水倒入砂鍋中加蓋滾煮幾分鐘,洋蔥片及黑木耳投入鍋中

7鍋中材料煮至熟軟後下千張絲,攪勻鍋中材料使其浸入湯汁中
