三餡肉: 一斤半, 大頭菜: 大半個, 冰糖: 適量, 豆油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 花椒: 適量
步驟
1將肉用絞肉機絞成肉沫狀

2將大頭菜剁碎

3倒入適量的金龍魚油

4油辣了以後放去適量的花椒,待花椒顏色即將變糊時,將花椒舀起來

5放入冰糖,開小火,冰糖還沒有化完時,加入肉沫。因為冰糖化完了,肉沫顏色過深,所以沒有化完前,就要加入肉沫

6翻炒一下,然後放入半勺鹽
