步驟
1蝦仁洗凈去殼,青紅尖椒洗凈,切圈,準備好玉米粒和豌豆備用.

2將最後餳發好的批薩餅坯取出,用叉子在上面扎很多洞洞(防止烤時鼓起),邊緣不要扎.

3倒上批薩醬(適量多倒一些,味道濃郁),用勺子背4均勻攤開抹勻(邊緣不要抹).

4均勻撒上一層黑胡椒粉.

5再撒上一層奶酪絲.

6將瀝乾的蔬菜均勻鋪在上面,我是先鋪的玉米豌豆,然後再鋪蝦仁和青紅椒圈.

7最後,鋪上芝士條,烤箱180度預熱好,中下層,烤10-15分鐘.
