豬肉裡脊肉: 250克, 牙籤: 若干, 料酒: 適量, 雞蛋: 半個, 鹽: 少許, 黑胡椒粉: 適量, 極美蜜汁調料: 兩茶勺, 鮮醬油: 一茶勺, 糖: 少許, 麵粉: 適量, 椰蓉: 麵粉一半的量
步驟
1裡脊肉洗乾淨切1厘米大小的肉丁!

2取適量牙籤用熱開水泡會!

4打個雞蛋,(我用了一半的量,因為同時在做咕嚕肉)

5鮮醬油一茶勺!

6極美的蜜汁烤雞翅調料!用兩茶勺足夠!

7把打的雞蛋,鮮醬油,調料粉,還有黑胡椒粉,料酒,鹽,糖,均適量!放入肉串內,拌均勻,等待10分鐘左右!

8取適量的麵粉和椰蓉,我的比例是2:1,把腌制好的肉串裹上麵粉

9開油鍋,開小火,炸到表面微微有點焦,出鍋,再全部放入鍋內,開大火,再炸下!出鍋後的肉串表面金黃,內肉酥嫩!
