1、做玫瑰餡的時候蜂蜜和豬油不用放太多,以免不成形 2、做此鮮花餅要高溫快烤可使此餅外酥內軟 3、做鮮花餅用豬油可使此餅更酥,如吃不慣豬油可換玉米油或者豆油,香酥會打折扣
