步驟
1木瓜剖開,用湯匙刮掉木瓜籽

2用湯匙或叉子細細刮出木瓜肉成蓉狀

7洗凈抹乾水份的羊肉切成麻將牌大小的塊

8將切好的羊肉倒入腌料碗中,加入薑片拌勻

9將羊肉腌20分鐘至入味

10彩椒去籽及筋,用切片模具壓出花形,櫻桃番茄對半切開

11依次用竹籤串上彩椒片、腌好的羊肉、櫻桃番茄。排放在鋪了錫紙的烤盤裡

12烤箱提前10分鐘220度預熱後,將烤盤放在烤箱中層。同樣溫度烤15-20分鐘即可
