5鍋熱了把麵皮放進去,在麵皮上打一個雞蛋攪散鋪勻

6雞蛋差不多凝固了翻面

7把醬汁(烤冷麵醬番茄醬兩撮糖一撮半鹽兩瓶蓋醋加少許水和勻「加水會讓麵皮更加柔軟」)用刷子刷在麵皮上
