7尖椒,圓蔥,胡蘿蔔切丁備用。胡蘿蔔用水焯熟

8先把牛肉丁下鍋翻炒。顏色變深後盛出備用

9不用刷鍋直接用剩下的油。到入圓蔥和尖椒。炒出香味

10倒入胡蘿蔔。加鹽,醬油,一點點糖和醋(一丟丟不要多提味用 ,醋也就加了兩滴)

11倒入炒好的牛肉丁。翻炒一分鐘即可出鍋
