小技巧
1、番茄土豆洋蔥比例自己看著辦,問題不大的哈,土豆可以起到增稠的作用,相當於澱粉 2、炸蝦的時候,為了省油,可以把鍋子略微傾斜,蝦最好瀝干水,這樣剛入鍋的時候油不會濺的很厲害 3、做黑椒汁的話,是不用放油的,因為黑椒蝦的話,我就放了點蝦油,增加鮮味
