3蔥姜切沫,料酒,豆瓣醬,醬油,鹽,花椒提前用水煮好,我來不及了,用熱水泡的,以上材料放進牛肉丁拌勻,然後加花生油和香油拌勻

4土豆切丁,切的小一點容易熟
