原料
材料:雞蛋3個、豆腐一小塊、肉沫適量、胡蘿蔔少許、姜蔥少許, 調味:鹽、生抽、料酒、胡椒粉:
步驟
1把豆腐放在清水中,燒開煮一分鐘後撈出,這樣可以去掉豆腐裡面的水分及豆腥味兒;

2撈出放晾後用勺子背壓碎沫;

3鍋內放油燒熱後,放後姜沫翻炒,再放入肉沫,加鹽,生抽,胡椒粉翻炒調味,再入切好的胡蘿蔔沫和豆腐沫,一起翻炒一分鐘後盛出;

4將三個雞蛋打成雞蛋液,加入蔥沫,在平底鍋內加少量油,把雞蛋液倒入翻成薄厚均勻的雞蛋餅;

5 雞蛋餅成形後,在上面加入之前炒好的肉末

6用筷子輕輕捲起來;

7用之前碗里的雞蛋剩液,抹到雞蛋卷的邊緣,壓緊實後捲起來
