小技巧
1.麵糊厚薄很重要,不能太薄 2.咖喱塊本身有鹹味,炒餅過程中不宜再加鹽 3.炒餅的過程必須大火,這樣才有鍋氣 4.炒完拌上老乾媽更是美味
