澄粉,雞蛋,澱粉,豬肉糜,紫山藥,韭菜,鹽,黃酒,雞精
步驟
1韭菜洗凈切小段,加入雞肉和肉糜,加適量鹽、黃酒、雞精調味,用筷子攪上勁,放一旁備用

2將紫山藥去皮切小塊直接放料理機,加些水攪打成紫山藥汁(沒有料理機的可以先蒸熟壓成山藥泥再加水煮開)

3把紫山藥汁倒鍋里加熱,注意要用勺子攪動不要粘了鍋

4澄粉和澱粉混合慢慢加入,一邊加一邊用筷子攪動,一直到雪花片狀

5用手開始揉面了,如果粘手就適量加點澄粉和澱粉,揉到不粘手為止

6將麵糰搓成長條,再分成若干小擠子

10將包好的餃子放在墊了蘿蔔的蒸籠里
