1將土豆和胡蘿蔔洗凈切成小塊,洋蔥切丁

小技巧
1、做豬排的裡脊肉最好選大片的,這樣才能把裡面的料都包住哦~ 2、炸豬排的時候,油溫不能太高,不然外面都焦黃了,裡面都還沒熟哦~最好用小火煎炸哈!
