14鍋入適量水,水開後加入麵條

小技巧
打胡蘿蔔汁時一定要少水。第6步麵粉不要一次性全部加入,分次放易掌握麵糰的軟硬程度。 撒干玉米面防止切麵條時互相粘連,如沒有干玉米面可用白面代替。可以一次多做些晾至半干後在冰箱裡冷凍,隨吃隨拿,很方便。大骨湯一定要自制哦,媽媽們都懂是為什麼!!
