排骨, 芬達, 話梅, 老抽 少許, 鹽 適量, 花椒, 八角, 料酒, 濃縮橙汁 少許

1鍋內放水燒開,加少許料酒,然後放排骨焯出血水,撈出排骨控凈水分備用
2炒鍋放少許油,放入排骨

13小火慢燉,等到鍋內的湯汁還剩一半的量時,加幾滴濃縮橙汁(如果你的話梅比較酸的話,橙汁也可不加)

14燉至湯汁濃稠,鍋內的湯汁完全的包裹到排骨上時,關火出鍋即可
