原料
糯米面 150g, 澄面 75g, 紅豆 適量, 綠豆 適量, 涼水 適量, 開水 適量, 白糖 適量, 椰絲 適量, 玉米油 適量
步驟
1適量紅豆與涼水以1:3比例放入高壓鍋中,壓30分鐘左右。綠豆也如此

2料理機里攪拌

4涼水倒入糯米麵,一邊倒一邊攪拌,和成麵糰
